Dominik founded AXON Partners in 2003. He leads the origination activity across the business’s primary, secondary and strategic advisory services for clients. He also manages investor relationships across several jurisdictions in Europe.

 

Dominik has 24 years of relevant private equity experience as an investor, placement agent and transaction advisor. He raised capital for a total of 40 private equity funds and led multiple secondary transactions.

 

Prior to founding AXON Partners, he was for six years a partner at Zurich based fund of funds Swiss Life Private Equity Partners and Bank Vontobel where he was in charge of fund investments, secondaries and co-investments.

 

Dominik holds a doctoral degree in Management Science and the degree in accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He is fluent in German and English and conversant in French.

 

Dominik is a keen photographer, skier and mountaineer and

occasionally plays the ukulele.
