AXON EU GmbH is a subsidiary of AXON Partners AG and responsible for the distribution of financial instruments within the European Economic Area (“EEA”). AXON EU GmbH provides its services in investment brokerage and investment advice in financial instruments within the meaning of Section 2 (2) No. 3 and 4 of the German Securities Institutions Act (“WpIG”) as a contractually tied agent pursuant to Section 3 (2) WpIG exclusively for the account and under the liability of AHP Capital Management GmbH (“AHP”), Weissfrauenstrasse 12 - 16, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. As a tied agent of AHP AXON EU GmbH is allowed to provide services concerning AHP’s investment brokerage and investment solicitation in regard to financial instruments in Germany and it is intended to expand these activities into other EU and EFTA member states. AXON Partners AG itself does not provide any investment services within the European Union or the European Free Trade Association.

 

AHP is authorized and regulated in Germany by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, BaFin). In accordance with the legal requirements, AHP is obliged to inform its clients of the following information about "AHP Capital Management GmbH and its investment services: MiFID Information.”

 

United Kingdom

AXON Partners LLP is authorized and regulated in the United Kingdom by the Financial Conduct Authority. It is responsible for the distribution of financial instruments in the UK.

 

Switzerland

AXON Partners AG is authorized to distribute financial instruments in Switzerland.
