Magda joined AXON Partners in 2007. She is an experienced project manager and investor relations professional with almost 23 years of relevant experience in private equity.  Magda leads project management of primary mandates and works closely with the clients on due diligence and marketing document preparation as well as coordination of investors’ due diligence processes. She has been involved in over 20 fundraisings and led multiple secondary transactions.

 

Prior to AXON Partners, Magda spent nine years at Innova Capital, a leading Polish private equity fund manager, where she was in charge of Investor Relations and prepared and coordinated two international fundraisings.

 

Magda holds an MA degree in English studies from Warsaw University and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University in association with the Polish Open University and is fluent in Polish and English and conversant in German.

 

She is a passionate photographer, traveller and mountain hiker.
